Company — Quality Control

Zero Defects,
rooted in quality.

Quality at D.F.S is a system, not a slogan: ISO 9001/14001/45001-certified management, four-stage quality control and 100% functional testing — with a 2025 Quality Month that crossed every department and every line.

2025 Quality Month — April 2025

“Zero Defects, Rooted in Quality, Deep Global Cultivation, Advancing High-Quality Development!”

To fully implement the company's quality policy and embody the core values of our corporate culture, DFS launched the 2025 Quality Month — a campaign to encourage company-wide participation in quality management and build a high-quality, efficient production environment.

Kick-off & core philosophy

  • At the kick-off meeting, the Head of the Quality Department presented the full campaign plan.
  • Core philosophy debated across departments: “Quality Improvement Has No End.”
  • The campaign ran throughout April 2025, pursuing the goal of zero defects.
  • Not a special event — a strategic move to strengthen quality awareness among all employees.

Oath & commitment wall

  • Department heads led all employees in a solemn oath: “Quality is life, standards are the bottom line!”
  • Representatives from each department signed the Quality Commitment Wall.
  • A gesture symbolizing a solemn promise to customers — and a steadfast commitment to uphold quality.
  • Aiming to establish a long-term quality management mechanism, continuously pursuing zero defects.

Quality control process

From incoming material to final inspection.

What it means for anti-theft hardware

  • Every alarm cable and adapter is functionally tested before packing.
  • Recoiler pull cycles, cable strength and lock operation are checked on the line.
  • Shipped units match the drawing and the sample you approved — no drift.
  • Customer feedback on installations feeds back into the next batch.

Quality you can audit.

Ask for our QC documentation, certification files or a production visit — we answer with documents, not adjectives.
