ESL & alarms
Product and technology questions
How fast do the ESL price tags update?
2.1″ and 2.9″ models refresh in 3–5 seconds over a stable Bluetooth 4.2 link; the 4.2″ display refreshes every 30–50 seconds. Recognition distance is at least 5 m and adjustable, so one reader covers a shelf section.
How long do the ESL batteries last?
Four CR2450 lithium cells — or one rechargeable cell — deliver about 5 years of service life at 5 refreshes per day, and the cells are replaceable in the field. Low-power NFC models can run up to 12 years.
Do the ESL labels work in wet or cold zones?
Yes. Waterproof, low-temperature models are designed for aquatic and frozen sections. They show content at a 180° viewing angle in operating temperatures of 0–50 °C, with multi-language, barcode and QR display.
How do DE-series alarm cables detect theft?
Four triggers: touch sensor, plug-out, cable cut and power unplug. Any trigger sounds a loud poly-phone alarm rated above 90 dB (at 10–25 cm), decoded by a 2.4G remote. Recoilers survive more than 30,000 pulls, and steel-cable models are tensile-rated above 90 lbs.
Ordering & compliance
MOQ, delivery and export
What is the minimum order quantity?
Sample orders are welcome for evaluation. Bulk MOQ depends on the SKU and the level of customization: the common range in this sector is 50–500 pieces for standard units and around 1,000+ for logo or package runs. Send us your annual volume and we will quote exactly.
Which certifications can you provide?
All adapter series carry CE + FCC + CCC + CB. The DR42 series adds SAA, the VO-06 series adds BIS, and the DG alarm system holds 10 certificates (CE, FCC, KC, NCC, TELEC, NBTC, SIRIM, NTC, SDPPI, IMDA). The factory operates ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems, and 100% of units pass a finished-product functional test.
What is the typical lead time?
The common range in this sector is around 3–5 days for test samples and 10–15 working days for bulk production. We confirm the exact schedule with each quotation, based on stock levels and destination.
How are ESL batteries shipped safely?
CR2450 cells ship installed inside the label, powered off, with anti-short-circuit packaging — the ready-for-use UN3091 / IATA SP188 path. Transport compliance documents accompany the shipment on request.
Deployment & support
Installation, customization and after-sales
Is installation difficult?
No. Desk units fix with 3M adhesive, a screw plate or a butterfly nut. EL electronic cabinet locks need no drilling, no tools and no power supply — a 2.4G smart key is the only credential, replacing a bunch of physical keys.
Can different products work as one system?
Yes. One alarm host serves multiple holders — the One Host, Multiple Products principle — and the DG, DR42, SM45 and VO-06 series use modular, interchangeable stands. ESL labels pull price changes from the cloud CMS, and one 2.4G remote set covers a whole floor.
Can you do OEM or ODM customization?
Yes — customization is our standard service. The DG (Garmin), DR42 (HONOR), SM45/SM47 (Xiaomi), TC (imoo) and VO-06 (vivo) series all started as brand projects. We adapt logos, colors, cable lengths and holder counts, proof samples first, then bulk production.
What after-sales support is included?
Every inquiry gets an answer within 48 hours. Products ship with datasheets and manuals, and we support spare parts and technical questions afterwards. The 10.1″ digital display carries a 1-year warranty; other models follow the terms on your quotation.
