How long does the battery last?
CR2450×4 cells give about 5 years of service life at 5 refreshes per day; low-power NFC versions are rated up to 12 years. Cells stay replaceable.
How fast does a price change?
On 2.1″/2.9″ tags, a cloud-initiated price update lands in 3–5 seconds. 4.2″ tags refresh on a 30–50-second cycle, and read distance is adjustable to ≥5 m.
Can they run in a frozen aisle?
Yes — the e-paper labels are waterproof and low-temperature resistant, so they fit aquatic and frozen zones without a protective sleeve.
Can I replace a tag on a running shelf?
Yes. Tags are self-contained, re-pair with the cloud CMS, and the CR2450 pack can be swapped without removing the bracket.
