This website is operated by D.F.S Technology Ltd. ("D.F.S", "we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse this site or contact us, and how we treat it. By using the site or sending an inquiry you agree to the practices described below.
Data we collect is limited to what you give us: name, company, email address, country, product of interest and free-text message, submitted through our inquiry forms or by direct email to eric@dfshk.cn or alex@dfshk.cn. The site does not create user accounts and does not ask for payment details.
We use that data only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and fixture drawings, arrange samples or orders, and — if you asked — share product updates related to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties. Where an order requires freight, customs or transport documentation, relevant order details are shared only with the carriers and agents performing that shipment, to the extent required.
This site does not deploy third-party advertising or analytics scripts, and does not set marketing cookies. Basic security cookies or connection logs may be created by the hosting infrastructure to keep the site safe; these are technical, short-lived and do not identify you for marketing purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to eric@dfshk.cn. We retain inquiry data only while a sales or support relationship is active, then minimize it in accordance with commercial record-keeping needs. Product pages reflect our general datasheets; because models are revised, the data on this site is a fair summary of product releases and the datasheet accompanying your order remains authoritative.
EASTOPS, HAVIS and Smart Bo are brand names of D.F.S Technology Ltd. Partner and customer brand names appearing on this site — including Garmin, HONOR, Xiaomi, vivo and imoo — belong to their respective owners and are shown only to describe previously delivered custom projects and commercial relationships. Graphics, photographs and text on this site may not be republished or used in commercial materials without our written permission.
Inquiries submitted through this site are requests for quotation, not orders. A contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it. Prices depend on configuration, quantity and destination; sample supplies, shipping terms and warranties are stated in the quotation.
Our products are certified for their listed markets (including CE, FCC, CCC, CB and regional marks such as KC, NCC, TELEC, SIRIM, SDPPI, IMDA, BIS and SAA). Transport compliance documents accompany shipments where applicable. Buyers remain responsible for verifying any additional local requirements in their own market. Warranty terms follow the quotation and product manual — for reference, the 10.1 inch digital display carries a one-year warranty, and ESL battery cells are replaceable within the label's rated service life.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, D.F.S Technology Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its content, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
